On days with good weather, it’s not uncommon to see diners take their cocktails along the winding Chattahoochee River to soak up some rays in wooden lawn chairs. The chef Matthew Basford specializes in farm-to-table cuisine with an international spin. While the menu offers staples, like simple grilled salmon and New York Strip, it pushes the envelope a bit with slow-roasted pheasant and Southeast Asian flavors. We recommend ordering a bunch of starters so everyone can try something different.
Their wine list features a variety of small wineries at a reasonable price point. They change the list often, but if the Faust Cabernet is available, it’s an elegant touch to an already magical evening.
