An Energetic Night in Georgetown
You won’t find a livelier table in the nation’s capital than at Bourbon Steak in the Four Season Hotel.
Whether it’s a crafted cocktail or one of their incredibly juicy burgers, this Georgetown restaurant has a lot of high points, which tend to attract crowds. Grab a drink at the sleek bar with your group before to people-watch. This place fills up quickly with businessmen and couples, so make a reservation well in advance.
Bourbon Steak can be a bit noisy, but its interesting presentations make this a don’t miss for business dinners. Start with the elegant three-tier Seafood Tower, which has generous portions of spiced shrimp and tender cubes of tuna tartare. And the lobster pot pie, which the server assembles tableside, is a show in itself.
The wine is a little overpriced, but there are some good values, especially if you like Spanish reds. They also have a very reasonably priced Sancerre, a good French white for a group.
