A Carnival of Foodie Fun
You never know quite what you’re going to get when you place your order at Barton G. One thing’s for sure though—it will taste delicious.
The playful New American restaurant specializes in its unusually crafted dishes. To get the full experience, everyone should order something different from the menu, then watch the unique presentations come out of the kitchen. Start the night off with drinks from Below Zero Nitro-Bar, their cocktail program that produces smoking drinks using liquid nitrogen. For dinner, we recommend reading all the dishes’ descriptions in the menu before making your choice. The plates have playful names with unusual presentations. The back pages have steak and seafood options for those who would prefer more of a traditional meal.
Make sure to leave room for desserts. The Carnival Fun Cakes and Marie Antoinette’s Head are musts. Chocolate lovers will enjoy the Chocolate Indulgence, a wooden treasure chest filled with decadent brownies, chocolate coins, and rich ganache.
Tables in the dining room are well spread out, so you and your clients won’t have to talk over people.
