Swanky Chops in Dallas
The clubby vibe at this Houston-based chain surpasses our expectations for steakhouses. In addition to its top-notch chops, its dark wood decor and ultra-private tables make it ideal for doing business.
One of the many things we love about this place is its seafood appetizers. Whether it’s their plump fried oysters or massive seafood tower topped with shrimp, lobster, and stone crab claws, you won’t be disappointed. As steaks go, there are so many to choose from. Our favorite is the tender 18 oz. Prime New York Strip, but the deep flavor of their signature cut, the massive 26 oz. Porterhouse, is unbeatable.
The wine list is extensive and loaded with reds. While expensive, you should be able to find something you like for your budget. If they have it, the Heist Cabernet satisfies a number of palettes.
