World Class Italian Fare in River North
No need to dress for dinner at this modern Tuscan spot. The affordable prices and relaxed atmosphere are ideal for any kind of casual business meeting.
Dishes at the River North neighborhood restaurant are on par with any of the spots we’ve tried in Florence. Whether you go for lunch or dinner, you and your guests will be pleased. They specialize in handmade pasta, but their antipasti platters are equally impressive. We like the plate of cured meats and the Fritto Misto di Mare, which comes with crispy fried shrimp, squid, and vegetables. Be sure to sample some wines from their list as well. The restaurant sources their entire selection from Italy.
The owners have a second location down the street on St. Clair Street, which is close to many hotels. It’s a great place to sit outside and watch people go by on a nice day. It may be casual dining, but the place does get busy. To avoid any unnecessary stress, book a table in advance.
