In addition to serving the highest quality fish, they dry-age their steaks for optimum flavor. From their extensive selection of wines, the Washington State dry whites are not to be missed.
Holding a celebratory dinner? Consider renting the South Bay Room, one of our favorite private rooms in the country. The intimate dining area, which seats up to 25 people, has stunning panoramas of the Olympic Mountains and Elliott Bay that your guest can appreciate from the table or the patio.
