Living It Up Like Louis XIV
The landmarked restaurant is one of Miami’s oldest dining establishments, but don’t let its history deter you. Since its renovation in 2010, a table at this glamorous restaurant has become sought after by the city’s trendiest diners.
The Forge is known for its grandiose decor and outstanding food, which make it a great choice for any upscale business dinner. However, make sure your guests have a sense of humor before making your reservation. With gold-painted walls and luxe parlor chairs, some of its rooms look more fitting for Versailles than Miami Beach. Still, they’re very accommodating for any group size.
Expect great seafood, shellfish, and some of the best steaks anywhere. Their Super Steak, a massive 16 oz. dry-aged New York strip served with rich cognac sauce, is locally famous. Their chops pair especially well with their selection of upscale Cabernet. Whether you stick with a nice mid-priced bottle, or order wines by the glass, you’ll have a fabulous time.
