Hemingway’s has gorgeous views of the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress property. Really impress your guests with a table by the window. And if that doesn’t do it, just wait for the food to come out of the kitchen. Their great selection of sustainably caught, fresh seafood is accented by spicy Cuban flavors with a touch of Spanish flare. Dishes are colorful and beautifully put together. The Seafood Paella Valencia is our favorite for its generous chunks of seafood.
The wine list is not huge, but reasonably priced with a good choice of white wines that pair nicely with seafood.
